The RMS Group of Companies was founded by Curtis Way in 1996; the RMS Group is a fully integrated Real Estate Development Company which has established a track record of completing projects on time and on budget. Specializing in build to suit, sale/lease back strategies, we have now played an integral role in the construction and development of close to 2 million square feet of commercial/industrial construction, and the servicing of 100’s of acres of land across Western Canada. The RMS Group of Companies consists of separate divisions with each specializing in their own area of expertise.

As RMS is a fully integrated real estate and development company, it gives us the advantage of being very cost effective, which is particularly evident when completing specialty projects in remote locations.

In the last several years, we have provided design build facilities on a lease-back basis for major international oilfield and wholesale corporations to meet their real estate requirements. We have aligned ourselves with a major Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust allowing us the flexibility to bring them in as a partner on large projects.

RMS provides proven manpower and expertise to build in small and mid-market locations, such as Fort McMurray and Grande Prairie, Alberta and Fort St. John, British Columbia.
